With the strum of my fingers to the strings I can bring down mountains. With the sound of my voice, I can mesmerize an audience, or turn back the tide. With just a few chords I can change life, to death, or death to life. Some have called me a bard of old, but that's not even close. I call myself an Acoustic Shaman. Music heals, music hurts, music loves, music hates.

The Magic is in the music.

I was born in Los Angeles California, have a father, mother, and a brother and sister. At an early age I realized I was going places.  Growing up I learned to master many instruments, it all came very natural to me the melody, the lyrics, i had an heart for them and a talent to accompany it.  During my time at the French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts Camp, me and a friend of mine named Jessie decided to form a band. We called it Kara's Flowers. We even went so far as to putting out an album. unfortunately it didn't go well ,the band broke up and we went our separate ways.  I continued playing my music for anyone who wanted to listen.

I decided to try my luck across the ocean in Europe. Everything was going great till Ireland.   Backpacking across the Irish countryside was a dream, and that dream became reality.   It was a cool summer night, the full moon made everything around as bright as day and I had just sat up camp along a dirt road.   Had my small tent, little fire going outside, and I was sitting and strumming on my guitar.   At some point I fell asleep.   I awoke suddenly to the sound of horse hooves.  As I opened my eyes I noticed that even though my fire had died, and the moon was low on the horizon now, everything seemed to have a soft glow about it.    It wasn't till she moved that I noticed the woman sitting across from me.   It was as though one second she wasn't there then she was.   Though I didn't startle, I was quite calm and relaxed.   " I enjoyed your music."   She said to me. "To hear music like that warms the heart."    Or at least I thought she said it.   Her lips did not move, all they did was remain in a beautiful smile that could win over any man or woman.    She asked me my name and I gave it freely without any hesitation.    " I wish you could play me another song. "   Her voice came to me soft and sad, and immediately I reached for my guitar that lay on the ground in front of me.   I needed to play, I needed this woman to be happy.   At that moment I noticed a slight problem in the fact I couldn't grasp my guitar, my hand seemed to pass right though it.   After the sixth attempt I looked back up at the woman who now had an expression to match her voice.   The sadness in her eyes filled me with dread, but she wasn't looking directly at me.   I turned enough to peer behind me, and there I lay.   A slight frost covered areas of my skin, the temperature had dropped much more than expected it would seem.   I quickly looked back at the woman, and her attention was back on me, looking into my eyes.  "I'm dead. "  She nodded slowly, and gave me a sad smile.  " But I am still here.   Is this what death is like?"  She shook her head, and answered " This is the in between.  You would have passed on though the curtain of night by now but, I don't want you to.  You have a power within you Adam, something very old, which has allowed me to hold you here. Your music has a magic in it, it just needs to be awakened.   And now, at this point, it can be, or you can cross over to the other side.  I want to hear more of your music.   I want my people to hear your songs.  If you come with me I will show you new wonders, and teach you new things, but you have to let go of your old life and start anew.   So what have you Adam?  Will you come with me, or continue on to another adventure?  "

The unknown, or the unknown.   I looked back at my body once again.   I wasn't done here yet, not with my music, or my life.   I looked back to her, in to her eyes and my answer was given.

Six years later I found myself returned to the Irish countryside again, on the same road I was spirited away from after my answer.    But now filled with the knowledge of other words, and ways to bend reality to how I wished it.
